Pytheas, Steel Sailing Boat, Avel 39 ft
The AVEL 11,80 is the aft cockpit version of the ALIX 11,80. These models have been designed by the architect Dominique Provin.
Pythéas was built by Jean-Pierre Beaudier in Saint-Nazaire at the Paimboeuf shipyard in the 1990s. After having the hull's steel plates professionally tacked and welded, Mr. Beaudier designed and built all the boat's interior and exterior fittings himself.
Pythéas was first launched in 2004 .
In 2013, she was put up for sale.
In March 2014 , we became her happy second owners .
